check_availability_and_price	Availability and price for specific dates, with fallback periods
send_rental_inquiry	Send a contact request to the owner (with the user's explicit consent)

Prices are always indicative and confirmed by the owner. No booking or payment goes through this server — the goal is a direct, free connection between traveller and owner.
