🏁 Quick Start (Launch in 2 Minutes)

Fast-ASDLC uses a self-bootstrapping engine powered by the Meta-Agent. You don't need to install heavy orchestrators—just copy a single prompt to initialize your environment.

1. Create and Clone

1. Click the "Use this template" button at the top of this repository.
2. Clone your newly created repository to your local machine.

2. Trigger the Meta-Agent Setup

3. Open the cloned repository in your preferred AI-assisted editor (e.g., Cursor, VS Code with Cline, or Windsurf).
4. Open your AI Assistant Chat sidebar, copy the entire content of the file /.agents/fast-asdlc/BOOTSTRAP-PROMPT.md, and paste it into the chat.
5. The Meta-Agent will wake up and guide you through an interactive chat interview to configure your specific tech stack, local LLM models (Qwen/GLM), and language policies.
